LEARNING LOG WEEK 22

MATH:  For math, I did a lot of skip counting.  I learned to skip count by 2s, 5s, and 10s.  I also added numbers up to 10.

LANGUAGE ARTS:  I read some books to my mom.  I read a story about a moth.  A girl tried to catch a moth with a net, but the moth gets away then sits on top of the net.  I also did handwriting.

SCIENCE:  I learned about space.  I learned about how people used to think the earth was in the middle of the solar system, but it's really the sun that's in the middle.  I also learned about how we've sent people to the moon, and I learned about the Hubble telescope.

ENGINEERING:  I built some new things with my Legos.  I built a truck and some houses.

KARATE:  I did my four blocks.  I learned a new block.  It's called the inside block.  I also practiced running.
